Are you Mentally Stable?
Can you do what you say, or you are constantly in conflict with yourself? Why is that?
Is your mind stable?
Are you thinking straight or is your mind is foggy?
Do you do what you say or do you constantly change your mind?
Do you have multiple personalities? Do you know if you have multiple personalities or not? If you notice something wrong would you go to do doctor and express yourself your feelings or would you be fearful to speak about how you feel and what you think? Why would you feel bad to speak about it if it’s not in your control? Not what you want is happening in your life, but you are in control to go and speak about your feelings about what is in your mind to the right doctor and counselor. There is nothing wrong with you. Nothing wrong with that!!!
Do you know if you can show the strength to speak about how you feel, what is in your mind, what you hear? All of a sudden the door of love and the light will be open for you and you be Free and be the freedom forever.!!!
When we take responsibility for our well-being, especially mental well-being is the most important of all!!!
It means we care for ourselves
We care about others and their safety, and protection for ourselves and others.
Do you know if you don’t remember things? What is the past, or now, what you are doing in the present?
Are you aware of things with you and around you, or are you are not aware of it?
Do you know if something you are doing is not right and you are keeping doing it? Do you think what you are doing is right?
Do you hear voices in your head? What kind of voices? Can you describe it or are you scared of rewinding and listening to that voice again? Is it so fearful of you? What voice are they? Be honest. Don’t you want to find out what it is?
If you are listening to those voices? Why you are listening? Do you know why? Are you trying to figure out what voices? Maybe you’re overthinking and listening? And sometimes you can’t control what you are listening to. Which kind of voice makes you happy maybe use it and smile all the time. That could be your own dreamlands and you’re running away fairytale land? Makes you feel good or makes you feel bad and maybe fearful and doing what you don’t want to do? How can you stop that? How can you stop the voices in your head you don’t want it in your head. How can you stop it?
Are you constantly creating what you don’t want in your life?
Are you constantly creating what you want which is not right but you are enjoying it Why do you enjoy it? Do you know why do you enjoy it? Do you know that in society it is not acceptable if something doesn’t feel right why do you enjoy it? Maybe no one teaches you and you don’t know any better. Is that the problem? Are you feeling you are not acceptable in society?
If people find out what you think and how you feel, what would happen?
Are you isolated? Are you isolating your mind? Which mind? What is in the mind? The right information in the mind or the wrong information in the mind? Do you have teachers? Are you open to accept everything and open to lean to make the best beautiful version of yourself? What is stopping you? Can you write down your reasons to get clarity and show that you have the strength for your beautiful self?
Can you just take a pen and paper and write everything down now how you feel? What is going on with you? Can you do that? I Am sure you have that strength. Don’t you see you have that strength and capacity for your own well-being? Can you not see you have all the strengths?

Who is in control if you are not?
Are you obsessed? Do you have a compulsive obsessive disorder?
Are you keep remembering bad things in the past or present?
Can you switch off and move on and start new beginnings?
Do you have trauma in the past that is it still affecting you? How do you know it is not affecting you?
Are you healthy or you have health issues? Do you want to solve your problems? Do you know how to solve it? Who to go to and talk? What questions to ask?
Is your adrenaline affecting your speech? Can you write it down what you are going to speak?
Do you have mental strength?
Can you start doing 10 times a day deep breathing practice and take it from there simply?
Breathing will detox you and will guide and slow down your mind so you can think properly!
And the next step is the meditation can you do that? Can you take that step, please?
Do you find it difficult to be in the present and are you are very restless? Keep moving all the time and you can not stay still and listening?
